SportLife now offers youth ice hockey leagues in the Spring.
Our professional hockey leagues are for children of all ages and levels, from beginners to more experienced players. Our league takes place in the West Island of Montreal. Now children can simulate the experience of a pro athlete by joining our exciting ice hockey league!

Ages 7-10 (boys and girls)
SKILL LEVEL
Open to all levels.
DATE & TIME
The season runs from April 11 - June 20, 2026
Games will take place on Saturdays between 5:30pm-7:30pm, for a one hour session.
COST
$425 + tax per player.
The fees will cover ice time, referees, scorekeepers, media video, league operations, as well as all the features listed below!
LEAGUE DETAILS
TEAMS / ROSTER
There will be four teams of up to nine players and one goalie, with parent coaches.
GAME LENGTH
Each game will last one hour. Each team will be given a 3 minute warmup.
FORMAT
WEEK 1: Training Camp / Evaluations / Pre-Season
WEEKS 2 - 9: Regular Season
WEEKS 10 - 11: Championship Playoffs
