Day Camp FAQ
- Our West Island summer camp takes place at John Abbott College and at Sportplexe 4 Glaces in Pierrefonds.
- Our Montreal summer camp takes place at College Brebeuf
- Our West Island regular camp hours are from 9:00am-3:15pm. Drop-off is from 8:30am-9:00am and pick-up is from 3:15pm-3:45pm.
- Our Montreal regular camp hours are from 9:00am-3:00pm. Drop-off is from 8:15am-9:00am and pick-up is from 3:00pm-3:45pm.
- Yes, we offer extended hours for both our camp locations!
- Our West Island extended morning runs from 7:30am-8:30am. Our extended afternoon begins from 3:45pm-6:00pm.
- Our Montreal extended morning runs from 7:30am-8:15am. Our extended afternoon begins from 3:45pm-6:00pm.
- There is no need to pre-register for our extended day service, as we always have coaches running our extended day program
- Payment for extended day is only due on the Friday of each week.
Yes, we provide an RL-24 tax receipt. You can expect to receive your receipt electronically at the end of February.
The majority of our staff are 18-30 years old, with prior experience working in day camps, in schools, and in coaching.
We offer a 1 to 5 coach to camper ratio
All our camp counselors are CPR/AED certified.
We offer all of the following team sports at our day camp: Ice Hockey, Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Ball Hockey, Baseball, Volleyball, Softball, Pickleball and much more!
- We offer a free swim program at both summer camps!
- Our West Island swim program takes place at the Baie d’Urfe Aquatic Club. IT is a private outdoor pool located 1 KM off campus. All swimmers take a school bus to the nearby pool.
- Our Montreal swim program takes place at Martin Luther King pool. It is located within walking distance from the Brebeuf campus.
We offer a daily bus service at our West Island camp location. It’s a central bus drop-off and pick-up service. Our school bus departs Centennial Park each morning at 8:30am to John Abbott College. The bus will leave John Abbott College at 3:30pm and arrive back at Centennial park around 4:00pm.
- We offer an amazing selection of lunches to our SportLife campers in the West Island and in Montreal.
- We have non-Kosher options available Monday to Friday at our West Island location.
- We have non-Kosher and Kosher options available Monday to Friday at our Montreal location.
There is no minimum 2-week requirement to try our day camp! You can sign up for one week, or as many as ten weeks!
We offer optional field trips throughout the summer. Past field trip examples include iSaute, Super Aqua Club, Royal Westcourt, etc.
Early-bird registration begins on December 15 and ends on December 31. Regular registration begins on January 1 and is ongoing until a given week is full.
Each week and each sport is different. Some summer camps fill up as early as March 1!
SportLife has a unique formula, different from any other sports camp on the market. Our camp allows athletes of all abilities to simulate the career of professional athletes, in the sport of their choosing.
We also offer a Christmas Break camp, a March Break camp and an Easter Monday camp.
Yes, we are open on all holidays!
Parents have the option to pay by e-transfer or by credit card. We offer credit card installment plans, where you have the option to separate payment into three monthly installments. Payment by e-transfer must be made in full.
Party FAQ
Not at the moment. We will soon however be announcing our own SportLife birthday location.
We run our birthday party service at any sports location in the West Island, in Montreal and in Laval.
Our party packages range from 1 hour to 2 hours long.
The number of animators we provide is based on the package you select, as well as the number of children attending the party.
We put together a thrilling championship sports event, in the sport of your choosing!
League FAQ
Currently, we offer pickleball leagues, ice hockey leagues, basketball leagues and baseball league. More sports leagues are on the way!
Yes! We offer pickleball leagues for adults in the Fall, Winter and Spring season!
The leagues take place at different locations, based on the sport you sign up. For exact location, please visit our league pages for more information
We incorporate features which allow our athletes to simulate the career of professional athletes! We put a huge attention to detail into our leagues to provide the most exciting and realistic experience for our athletes.
- Week 1 is an evaluation/training Camp
- Week 2-10 is our regular season
- Week 11-12 is our championship playoffs
